Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions Personalized football jerseys with a custom name or number cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items Please check your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or a damaged product and we will make it right.

How to return Log in to your customer account at account.jerseymatrix.com to request a return directly from your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with all the instructions you need to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days.

EU customers: 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, under EU consumer law. Customers in Norway: 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian consumer law. Customers in the UK: 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
